Mike Myers is Dr. Evil, the villain in the Austin Power's movies. Dr. Evil plots to take over the world with his cat, Mr. Bigglesworth, his sidekick, Number 2, and his son played by Seth Green. Though not the brightest villain in the union, Dr. Evil is charming in his own way, rapping his love for his small clone and seducing fellow she-villain, Frau Farbissina.
Pros: He's got tons of practice in the pussy-stroking field.
Cons: Like most men, his "Mini-me" is always first in his mind and heart.
