Jay Leno started out as a stand-up comedian, then took over for Johnny Carson on the "Tonight Show". His place on the show caused great controversy when it was announced as most people expected "Late Show" front man David Letterman to take over. This resulted in an on-air feud between the two which has waxed and waned over the years.Leno announced in 2007 that fellow late night talk show host Conan O'Brian will be taking over for him in 2009.
Pros: Most woman are attracted to a man with a sense of humor.
Cons: Seriously, the guy has a face like a banana.

Conan O'Brien is the host of "Late Night With Conan O'Brien". Named as Leno's successor, he'll be taking over the "Tonight Show" in 2009. Conan is known for his wild sense of humor, doing segments on his show like "Conan Hates my Homeland" and "the Horny Manatee". He's spawned crazy fads such as the series of Chuck Norris jokes that flooded TV and the internet after he had a "Walker Texas Ranger" lever installed on his desk.
Pros: His sexy, floppy red hair.
Cons: He really DOES look like that Finnish prime minister.
